Part 2: The Ideal Cabinet for the Trump Administration

--

In the second part of this two-part article, I will explore the cabinet positions that will be crucial in shaping the direction of Donald Trump’s second term.

Summary:

  • It would be awesome if Elon Musk, Bill Ackman, Thomas Massie, Robert F. Kennedy Jr, Doug Burgum and Rand Paul actually got the power to pull the leverage strings of government.
  • I really hope Kushner gets back to working in the white house.
  • The ultimate troll move would be to let Ben Shapiro cook the press every day from the White House podium.
  • And if Vivek and Elon got to cook, LET THEM COOK!
  • If there could be a place for Thomas Sowell and Victor Davis Hanson to be in the cabinet or advisor, this would be a huge win for the American people!
Trump bringing on a colalition of people including RFK

These roles impact everything from national security to economic growth, and choosing the right individuals is essential if Trump wants to keep his motto to “Make America Great Again”. Below are my picks for each key position.

Secretary of Education

The Secretary of Education shapes federal education policies, funding, and student loan programs, impacting the future of American education.

  • My Recommended Candidate: Ben Shapiro — A prominent political commentator, Shapiro has strong views on education reform and has a large following among conservatives, especially in promoting school choice and other educational policies that align with his libertarian-leaning ideals. His presence would signal a shift toward conservative educational policies, focusing on parental rights and academic freedom.
  • In my opinion, Ben would abbolish this department within the first month. This would be great for America and since Ben probably doesn’t want this job anyway, it would be great for him so he can get back to work running his company, Daily Wire.
  • My hope is that Trump stays true to his Federlist system views and gives this power back to the States. Because the people that know the most about the problem are always the one closets to the problem. It pains me that the only place you have school choice is in religous and wealthy circles. The average American is stuck with the talent in their local district which has no incentive to be better.

EPA Administrator

The EPA Administrator plays a key role in enforcing environmental policies and addressing issues such as pollution and climate change.

  • My Recommended Candidate: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — An advocate for environmental policy, RFK Jr. would bring a wealth of experience in tackling pollution and sustainability challenges. He can truly Make America Healthy Again!
  • Unlike most people in this space, RFK is not a “Cardon Fundamentalist” and he can actually do meaningful work here to help our water, natural parks, and health of our country.

Secretary of Agriculture

Responsible for farming policies and food safety, this position plays a critical role in ensuring the nation’s food security.

  • My Recommended Candidate: Thomas Massie — A U.S. Representative known in libertarian circles, Massie would bring fresh ideas to the Department of Agriculture.
  • Massie is hands down my favorite politician. He is one of the only politicians that stands by his principles. I love this about him! Massie is a lover of Israel, but always votes against all foreign aid. You gotta respect that!

Secretary of Homeland Security

The Secretary of Homeland Security is responsible for ensuring internal security, immigration enforcement, and counterterrorism efforts.

  • My Recommended Candidate: Jocko Willink — A former Navy SEAL and author, Willink’s leadership would provide a robust, strategic approach to securing the nation.
  • Jocko would make a great defense secretary too, but I picked him here so he can be over the Secret Service after we saw what a baboon this organization was in the last administration

Secretary of State

The Secretary of State oversees U.S. foreign policy and represents the country internationally. This position requires someone with exceptional diplomatic skills and a deep understanding of global affairs.

  • My Recommended Candidate: Mike Pompeo — Former Secretary of State, Pompeo has established himself as a dominant figure in conservative media and international diplomacy, making him a top choice for this critical role.
  • On a personal note, I read his new book and love it! He did a great job last time getting hostages back from North Korea and shares the America first attitude. Pompeo is tough as nails!
  • Another Candidate I like: Douglas Macgregor — He is a retired U.S. Army colonel, military strategist, and author known for his outspoken views on defense policy and military reform. With a career that includes service in the Gulf War and work as an advisor, he advocates for a leaner, more efficient military and is critical of prolonged foreign interventions. Macgregor has written books on military strategy and is known for his direct and sometimes controversial commentary on U.S. foreign policy, including recent critiques of NATO and U.S. involvement abroad.
  • Douglas seems to be an anti interventionist but also not weak. He understands the disgusting bureaucracy of the institution and knows the insane size and inefficiency of the DoD.

Secretary of Energy

Responsible for managing energy policies, including nuclear and renewable energy, the Energy Secretary plays a key role in tackling energy challenges.

  • Recommended Candidate: Doug Burgum — His extensive experience with energy policy makes him a strong candidate for this critical role.
  • Doug lines up perfectly with the motto, “Drill baby Drill!”

Director of National Intelligence

The DNI coordinates the U.S. intelligence community and advises the president on security matters.

  • Recommended Candidate: Brian Hook — Former U.S. Special Envoy for Iran, Hook’s expertise would be vital for overseeing the intelligence community and securing national interests.
  • He and Pompeo work well together and he will also support Gina (below) as CIA Director.

Secretary of Defense

The Secretary of Defense manages the military and national defense, ensuring that the nation is prepared to face external threats.

  • Who do you think should be the candidate? please let me know who you think!

Secretary of the Treasury

This position involves managing the nation’s finances, tax policy, and economic strategy.

  • Probable Candidate: Scott Bessent — He is a prominent American hedge fund manager and the founder of Key Square Group, a multi-billion-dollar investment firm.
  • Long Shot Bill Ackman — A highly respected hedge fund manager, Ackman’s financial expertise could steer the U.S. toward more effective economic policies. The guy supported Trump and is super bright. He has great ideas for America and has the skill to actually execute.
  • Long Long Shot: Ron or Rand Paul — Both have significant libertarian credentials, which could bring a fresh perspective to the nation’s fiscal policies.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development

The HUD Secretary is responsible for housing policy and urban development, ensuring that affordable housing remains accessible to all.

  • Recommended Candidate: Ben Carson — Having done excellent work in the last administration, Carson’s experience in this area would be invaluable

Secretary of Veterans Affairs

The Secretary of Veterans Affairs is tasked with ensuring that military veterans receive the services and benefits they deserve.

  • Recommended Candidate: Tulsi Gabbard — Known for her moderate approach and deep connection with military communities, Gabbard would bring a fresh and thoughtful perspective to this role.

U.S. Trade Representative

This position is crucial for negotiating trade agreements and advancing U.S. economic interests globally.

  • Recommended Candidate: Robert Lighthizer — As the former U.S. Trade Representative, Lighthizer’s deep knowledge of trade policy would ensure strong, fair deals for the country.
  • Also awesome: Jamieson Greer.

Secretary of Health and Human Services

This role focuses on managing public health, healthcare policies, and agencies like the CDC and FDA.

  • Recommended Candidate: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — An advocate for environmental policy, RFK Jr. would bring a wealth of experience in tackling pollution and sustainability challenges. He can truly Make America Healthy Again!
  • Unlike most people in this space, Robert is not a “Cardon Fundamentalist” and he can actually do meaningful work here to help our water, natural parks, and health of our country.

Secretary of Commerce

The Secretary of Commerce promotes economic growth, trade, and technological innovation.

  • Recommended Candidate: Robert Lighthizer — As the former U.S. Trade Representative, Lighthizer’s deep knowledge of trade policy would ensure strong, fair deals for the country.

Secretary of Labor

This position manages labor laws, worker rights, and employment standards.

  • Who do you think should be the candidate? please let me know who you think!

Secretary of Transportation

This position oversees national infrastructure, including highways, railroads, and air travel, which are vital to the country’s economic health.

  • Who do you think should be the candidate? please let me know who you think!

Attorney General

The Attorney General is responsible for overseeing law enforcement and ensuring justice is served at the federal level.

  • Recommended Candidate: NOT Rudy Giuliani — an American attorney, politician, and businessman, best known for serving as the Mayor of New York City from 1994 to 2001. He gained national prominence for his leadership during and after the September 11 attacks. Although I love Rudy in NYC during his run, I don’t think he can execute on a high level the goals needed here. Please recommend who you think in the comments!
  • Long Shot: Alina Habba — Known for her legal expertise and pivotal role in Trump’s legal battles, Habba would provide strong leadership in safeguarding civil rights and national security.
  • Who do you think should be the candidate? please let me know who you think!

Notable People who need a place in this Admin:

Elon Musk — Tech mogul and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, dominates social media and news.

Jared Kushner — Former Senior Advisor to Trump, often discussed in news, especially regarding the Middle East peace deals and his business background.

Vivek Ramaswamy — Entrepreneur and political commentator, rising star in conservative media with a growing following.

Charlie Kirk — Founder of Turning Point USA, known for his outspoken views on college campuses and media presence. This guy worked so hard for Trump and the GOP to get young voters out, you HAVE to reward him!

Kevin O’Leary — Business mogul and TV personality, known for his role on Shark Tank and in financial media.

Jeff Bezos — Founder of Amazon, one of the most influential business figures globally.

Long Shot = Baron Trump — Trump’s 6 foot 9 inch son. Give the kid some hands on experience!

No Shot = Marjorie Taylor Greene — Controversial congresswoman, divisive figure, but widely known on the internet, particularly in conservative circles. Marjorie Taylor Greene Wants Trump Cabinet Position: ‘Been Very Loyal’

  • She wants it. But Trump values competence, IQ, and ability, more than just loyalty. He doesn’t hire “fans”

Other Roles Needing Senate Approval

In addition to the Cabinet positions, several key roles require Senate confirmation, including:

  1. U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations —I like David Friedman here. He is the Former U.S. Ambassador to Israel. Friedman’s diplomatic experience would make him an outstanding choice for this important role. David also has a book out that I LOVE! Plus, he would wipe the floor with the bozos at the UN.
  2. Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) — Personally, I would love to see Gina Cheri Walker Haspel, Former CIA Director, back in this role.
  3. Federal Reserve Chair — Ron Paul? Now that would be wild huh? He would fire himself on DAY 1
  4. U.S. Trade Representative — I like Jamieson Greer here. He was a Former Chief of Staff to Robert Lighthizer and is a work horse!
  5. FEMA Administrator — wouldn’t it be nice to see someone from a small town in Western North Carolina get this job?

These positions, along with Cabinet-level roles, need Senate approval before individuals can officially assume their roles.

In conclusion, selecting the right candidates for these cabinet positions will shape the future of the Trump administration. These individuals bring diverse expertise, from national security and economic policy to environmental and diplomatic leadership, ensuring a well-rounded team ready to tackle the complex challenges ahead.
